Why We Love Weddings | A Wedding Videographer Prospective

Being a wedding videographer is something that I’m incredibly proud of. I enjoy everything about it - from the creative elements of videography to filming weddings. I’ve captured the stories of many different couples over the years and it’s an honor every time. In Nikeisha and Clayton’s wedding video featured here today, you can see the unique elements of wedding videography and how we tell the story of your day.

And with that, I’m excited to share with you from the eyes of a wedding videographer, why I love weddings.

1.) Each story is unique.

No couple is the same. And that’s what makes each wedding celebration so memorable. Each couple has unique elements to their story and it is my job to capture each moment to later be able to tell their important story.

2.) Details, details, and more details.

No matter what trends are happening in the wedding industry, it’s so important for me as a wedding videographer to capture every single detail of a wedding. The details that the couple worked hard on and put a lot of thought in to helps describe them, so these things are definitely memorable and something that the couple will always want to remember.

3.) Helping couples tell their love story.

Like I stated before, each couple has unique elements to their story. As people, we are all different. So, that makes each couples love story different from the last. (Which is beautiful!) It is my passion to be able to film and put their story together in a way that will take their breath away each and every time it’s watched.

All About Wedding Films!

Wedding films have changed dramatically over the years, while still keeping the same classic concept of wanting to remember your vows and cake cutting. But change isn’t always a bad thing! If anything, they just continue to get better and become more and more worth the investment!

Today, Erin and Marcel’s highlight wedding film is featured here to showcase the greatness of wedding films. Also, we want to share a few reasons why wedding films are worth the investment…

1.) Memories to relive for a lifetime.

Your wedding day is one of the most, if not the most, important day of your life. This is a day that you will want to remember for a lifetime. So, why not invest in those memories? Having a wedding videographer present at your wedding is something that you won’t regret! They’ll be able to film your whole day and put the footage together to tell your love story!

2.) Remembering speeches.

Getting the audio during a wedding is so important to us as wedding videographers. Everything from prayers, vows, and speeches. Speeches are some of the most important things to couples during your wedding reception. You always want to remember what the people closest to you wished you as you moved forward on your journey as newlyweds!

3.) Showing others and feeling like they’re there.

There will be people that come and go in life. There will also be people in your life that won’t be able to attend your wedding for whatever reason that may be. This is the perfect opportunity for you to show those who couldn’t be in attendance your video and it will feel like they were there. It’s something so special that you can share with your future children and grandchildren, too!

Moments That Will Always Be Remembered With Wedding Films

Chelsea and Nolan’s Tuscan Courtyard wedding was an event to remember. Their wedding day held so many wonderful firsts, personal vows, and an amazingly fun reception. As a wedding videographer, there’s nothing I love more than creating wedding films that couples will go back and watch for a lifetime.

First moments…

Chelsea shared sweet moments with both her groom and her dad before the wedding ceremony. She did a first look with her dad that got pretty emotional. And she also did a first touch with Nolan before the ceremony. So, the first time Nolan saw Chelsea is when she walked down the aisle. Be sure to watch their video, featured here today, to see the emotional moment Chelsea shared with her dad.

There’s something that’s so timeless about waiting to see one another until the ceremony. Either way, I love being there to capture whichever moment you decide to have!

A wedding to remember…

Chelsea and Nolan’s wedding held so many memorable moments. Their personal vows were so sweet and their seriously fun reception was one for the books!

Creating wedding films is my passion. I believe that everyone deserves a great wedding film to look back on and relive. And I only hope that you will get to experience that for yourself!
